I cannot recommend City and Country shutters highly enough.

Where do I begin...

I had quotes from a few companies - Hillarys, Thomas Sanderson, Shutters Up, and 1 or 2 more.

All relatively priced to be honest but then I spoke to Hus... Let me tell you this guy knows his stuff.

He went above and beyond explaining everything to us to such detail and more importantly ensured we were getting the correct product - HARDWOOD!

Some of the companies offered similar pricing but for FAUX WOOD - DO NOT BE FOOLED. IT IS CHEAP PLASTIC.

When he highlighted this to me I could not believe it.

Anyway, Hus and his team were fantastic from start to finish and very thorough.

Great guy, great company - Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Hus, he is absolutely wonderful! A high quality service from start to finish. My home looks wonderful and complete with the quality shutters he designed and installed. He also installed temporary blinds for me as I didnt have anything in place having just moved in.

Cannot recommend Hus and his team enough. From initial enquiry through to completion everything was excellent- perfect service and constant updates. The work is great. Hus was a gentleman from the start, his communication was faultess, with an estimate in a busy part of London with no issues whatsover and no pressurised sales techniques. We have ended up with such beautiful bespoke wooden bay shutters in our Victorian Property, alongside tier on tier shutters in our front bedroom and spare bedroom. Kesean is a superb carpenter with such an eye for detail, and we have not stopped receiving compliments. Not to mention after we had some unruly cracks, Hus and Kesean were so prompt at helping the refitting process - no stress whatsoever. Definitely the most professional, kindest and affordable quality in the business. Could not recommend enough.

He gave us good and helpful advice about the most suitable shutters for our windows, and gave a realistic and accurate timeframe for delivery and fitting. Hus and his carpenter cleaned up perfectly when the work was finished, and disposed of all the old curtains and rails for us. We would have no hesitation in recommending him.

I absolutely love my shutters in the whole house. I cannot recommend this company enough. Hussain was a pleasure to be around, his customer service goes above and beyond. His carpenter was excellent and did such a neat job. They cleared up after them and it didn’t even feel like I had work being done in my house. What an amazing company that we all dealt with. We had follow up calls and messages, keeping us up to date all throughout our journey (when the shutters were going to be installed, what suits us best etc), overall one of the best shutter companies and 5 star customer service. After months of searching around getting quotes for our bedroom gallery window, I just couldn’t find the right business to undertake the job at the right price. I then came across City & Country Shutters. After speaking with Hussain I immediately knew this was someone who takes great pride in their business and their work and it definitely came across during our initial telephone conversation.

The price quoted as an estimate was the cheapest I had received anywhere else so I agreed to met a couple of days later with him at my property. On arrival Hussain was professional and very friendly. He measured up, came with samples and explained the whole process offering quality advice on style, fit and finish options. The whole outfit was professional from the company van he arrived in, to the bag he had the samples in to way he meticulously measured everything up to ensure it was perfect. My wife and I were extremely impressed.

He emailed me the final quote to look over and once we paid the deposit. He advised an estimated wait time and kept me informed with regular updates on delivery every step of the way. The shutters ended up arriving much earlier than advised which was a bonus.

The shutters are absolutely perfect and extremely good quality. They function perfectly, look amazing and the installation is absolutely PERFECT. When I say perfect I mean I absolutely cannot fault it. My wife and I are so happy that we are now going to replace our Luxaflex venetian blinds in our office (which are only 4 years old) with shutters from Hussain!

Working with Hus was a real pleasure. He's extremely professional. He kept in touch and kept me updated throughout the order process.
He even came in on the day of installation, although it was his carpenter who was doing the manual work - the installation. He wanted to be there, to overlook and supervise the process, which I really appreciate.

From start to finish quality throughout. Hus came and showed us all the options and what would work best in our space, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

He came back to take detailed measurements once we had decided on our style and colour, which he put into technical drawings to order.

Hus kept checking in during the 10-12 week order process, to keep up informed of how things were progressing which was nice.

The install was smooth, the carpenter he works with is exceptional and the shutters look like they have always been a part of the windows, attention to detail is outstanding.

Would highly recommend Hus if you want bespoke shutters from an expert.

Really pleased with our shutters. They make each room look complete. It was a great service from start to finish and Hus explained all the different options before I made a decision. He even installed temporary blinds so that during the lead time for the shutters we had something to cover the windows He was there throughout installation which was nice incase we had any questions on the day. 10/10 would recommend.
